Suspension

This suspension is a combination of an antipyretic, decongestant, and antihistamine formulated for effective relief from cold and allergy symptoms. Mechanism

Paracetamol
Acts on the hypothalamic heat-regulating center to reduce fever and provides analgesic effect by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.
Phenylephrine
Stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors causing vasoconstriction in nasal mucosa, thereby reducing congestion.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (CPM)
Blocks H1 histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms like sneezing, rhinorrhea, and itching.
